Adamson Annual Parliamentary Procedure Workshop presented by Abilene-Emery Chapter of the American Institute of Parliamentarians.
This is an introductory parliamentary procedure workshop presented by quality presenters and will be activity oriented. Participants will be guided through the learning process by role playing, and a teaching style that promotes a positive dialogue with the instructor.
Sessions will include duties and skills and governing documents; writing minutes and preparing a treasurer report; how to bring business before the assembly; function of committees and writing committee reports; and methods of voting and significance of quorum.
Participants will receive printed materials and certificate of completion.
Registration fee: $35- includes lunch and materials
